Capital Murder warrant issued against suspect in Leeds’ murder

A suspect in a murder in Leeds has been charged with Capital Murder.

Nickie Glenn’s body was found near the "Shops at Grand River" on October 29th. Glenn had been shot several times.

Police say they have a capital murder warrant against 28-year-old Benjamin Acton. He has been in the Jefferson County Jail since November 10th on unrelated charges.
