Defendant found 'Not Guilty' of Banana Joe's shooting

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - A Jefferson County jury has found a man "not guilty" of carrying out a fatal shooting at a Birmingham nightclub.

17-year-old Pierre Smith was on trial for a 2008 shooting outside Banana Joe’s nightclub.

Two men were killed and two were wounded.
